Sometimes running sessions are tough, and having company always helps to achieve the most out of a session. Run coaching allows you to complete sessions under the guidance of coach supervision. This enables instant technique feedback, time recording, session advice, session management, warm up support and on-the-day modifications that will help to optimise your running outcomes.
Run coaching also involves race planning, strategy, and specified coaching to make for an enjoyable race day experience.

Designed to work hand-in-hand with your running program, running specific strength training programs work to support the increased muscular, bone and tendon load placed on the body as a result of running.
Specifically written and delivered for you and your current running program, the specificity of targeted strength training can reduce your injury risk, as well as improve your running efficiency and overall running performance.
This is highly recommended for runners at all levels.
