  • Designed to maximise your running economy to help prevent injuries, improve your times and run further & faster, technique sessions teach you how to run like a professional.

    Great for both recreational runners and elites, there is always scope to improve your technique and efficiency.

  • Running sessions can be tough, and having someone alongside can make all the difference. With run coaching, you receive guided sessions where I provide real-time feedback on your technique, help manage your training load, track your times and, if necessary, adjust your workout on the spot to get the best results.

    Beyond the sessions, I’ll also support your race planning and strategy to ensure you’re prepared and confident for race day, making the whole experience more enjoyable and rewarding.

  • My 6-week Fitter Run programs are designed to guide you confidently toward your next race or event. Together, we’ll focus on load management, session planning and smart choices about where, how far and on what terrain to run, all to help you optimise your training and maximise your race day performance.

    Whether you’re a recreational runner or an elite athlete, my programs include variety, progression and targeted drills, warm-ups and exercises to improve your running no matter your starting point.*

    *Please note, I don’t provide sprint training programs.

  • Designed to complement your running program, my running-specific strength training supports the extra demands that running places on your muscles, bones and tendons.

    Tailored specifically for you and your current training plan, this targeted strength work helps reduce injury risk while boosting your running efficiency and overall performance.

    I highly recommend this for runners of all levels looking to run stronger and smarter.

  • Based in Mornington, the Fitter Run Group is a great way to boost your endurance, speed and running economy - all while connecting with a welcoming community of fellow runners.

    We meet Tuesdays at 6:15am and Saturdays at 7:15am, with session options available for beginner, intermediate and advanced runners.

    Please note, runs take place off-site, so it’s important to come prepared with hydration, appropriate clothing, and head torches (during darker months).
